Iason & Co. individually, or through its' affiliates, currently holds Investments in approximately 60,000 SF of Class A Office and 35,000 SF of Retail Space. Tenants range from local 'mom and pops' to Fortune 500 companies.
We provide varying levels of consulting related to the real estate development, design and construction processes. These include: preliminary zoning, code, and property research in addition to permit expediting. Essentially, we bridge the gap between the Owners/Developers/Designers and the government agencies.
Jason Jones obtained his experience in the Development field as a Joint Venture Partner with the Peterson Companies, providing consulting services on the multi-billion dollar National Harbor development. There he was the primary manager of the building & event permit process for 7 years, among other responsibilities. Jason has worked with a number architectural, engineering, and design firms in addition to numerous government agencies and departments involved in the workflow. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, Business from the Georgia State J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and Georgia State College of Law
